The Namibia Rural Development Project was born from a simple, urgent truth: rural communities — and the women and youth within them — deserved more than the opportunities they were given.

We set out to change that. Through practical business training, hands-on mentorship and income-generation projects, we equip people with the skills and confidence to build sustainable livelihoods — not just survive, but genuinely thrive.

Who can benefit from your programmes?
Our programmes are designed primarily for women and youth in rural Namibia who are involved in — or want to start — small businesses and income-generating projects. We welcome anyone from the community who is motivated to improve their livelihood.
What does business training cover?
Our training covers practical entrepreneurship skills — including business planning, budgeting and financial management, marketing basics, and how to grow a sustainable income project. Mentorship sessions complement the training with personalised guidance.
How do I get involved or refer someone?
Simply reach out via email at nrdpafrica24@gmail.com during our office hours (Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:00). We will guide you or the person you are referring through the next steps.
